Return & Refund Policy

At Pet Stocks, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Contact Us First All return and refund requests must be initiated by emailing us at support@petstocks.store. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first — we will guide you through the process.

Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Reporting a Problem If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@petstocks.store within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the item
  • A description of the problem

In most cases we can resolve your issue without requiring you to ship anything back.

If a Return is Required In rare cases where a physical return is necessary, we will email you specific instructions and a return address. Do not send anything back without receiving these instructions first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once your case is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Refund amounts may be full or partial depending on the nature of the issue and are subject to the 15% restocking fee.

We Cannot Help With:

  • Items you simply changed your mind about
  • Wrong size or item ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Packages shown as delivered by the carrier

Non-Returnable Items Consumable products, opened food, treats, supplements, and hygiene items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video and we will prioritize your case. Damaged items are not subject to the restocking fee.
